One time I forgot the password to my system and they immediately hung up with me and called the cops and then they called me to make sure there was no mistake and the cop still showed up. I am not satisfied with the service being provided with Brink Home Security and do not want anything to do with the company. They had the best response time, they were just as cheap as everybody else, and I like the wireless part. At the time we got it years ago, there weren't too many being marketed that were wireless. It was no problem at all when we moved; I just brought the system with me, and they've talked to me over the phone and said everything was back up. I had to get the new sensors when we switched over to the new box, and customer service told me what to do each time.
This is not a situation we have caused and all they are concerned about is charging a 87 y.o. Who has been displaced and will not be returning to her homeland. Once they lock you into an agreement, you are locked in until you die.

All these things make for an excellent product. Brinks Home Security is an established name in the home security industry. Though the company has been under the radar for several years, the recent rebranding and merger of MONI Smart Security and LiveWatch security speak positively to the company's quality. Brink's security is equipped with basic equipment options as well as advanced home automation options, giving homeowners ample amounts of security options. Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations.
I continued to receive monitoring bills for a service that was no longer active and a house I did not own. In July I called back to inquire why I was continuing to be billed for a service I had canceled. I was told Moni sent me a document to sign, that I do not recall receiving and a search of my email including spam and trash did not turn up. They resent me this document which I signed and returned. Moni continued to be bill into August even after I had signed their required document.

They will have to write this one off eventually especially when my mother is no longer on this earth. I will never ever do business with them and will make it a point to share my experience with everyone I know and use social media to spread my story. 16 Mar 22 Still no refund of $720.80 in my Wells Fargo account. I already have a heart failure condition which this situation is negatively contributing too.
They charged 800 dollars for installations without informing us, now they won’t even give a refund saying how its their “policy”. Again, I am filing a review and hope everyone in the Brinks world reads this. Faulty equipment, multiple "No-Shows" from their Technicians, and a Customer Service Dept. that is the worst of the worst. I really don't know how this company is still in business. Lastly, just read the last 50 or so reviews.

They don't send somebody walking through your home and let you do it yourself and are on the phone with you until you get your whole house working. If I unplug my camera, they send me a message and tell me, "hey, you know your camera just got moved". Hi Sharon, Thank you for the positive feedback. My family owns a small restaurant and we have a security system from Brinks. At first the service was fine so my mom decided to install a system at her house. In the month of September, the system at the restaurant started to fail. My mom opened the door and the alarm went off. When she got to the panel to disarm the system, the panel was not showing the digits to disarm.
 
There weren't any problems when I called and tested, and when it goes off they call and you give them the password. If there's something that they can't work out, if it's more of a technical issue, they refer you to the appropriate people, and then of course, they actually walk you through everything. I did it myself, and I think I did it within 30 minutes. I'm very pleased with it because it does the job I needed to protect my house.
It is easy to access as far as alarming and disarming it. The initial process of setting it up was good but customer service takes a long time after when I had questions. I haven't had any problems or false alarms. I just think that they have an excellent product. I've had just excellent responses from their customer support.
We got a lot more monitors in the windows and security on the monitoring on some of the doors with the system for a cheaper rate than our other company we used. My wife can actually get on the app on the phone and she can disarm the security system when she pulls up. They've done a fantastic job with us so I appreciate it. We’re happy to hear that our Care team was able to help you find the right equipment for your home. Something came in the mail about Protect America, and at that point I didn't have any security, and I chose them. Customer support has been very, very good.
Whenever there is a question or an installation item, I can call them and they'll walk me through the process. When the battery was low I had to replace it, and it was somewhat complicated, at least to me, and they walked me through that, and spent a long time helping me on that particular issue. The techs and custoer service are always nice and helpful.

The best thing I guess would be the notifications of anything like I'm always notified if that goes wrong via email or text message on things like that. Smartphone control and basic home automation tools are available on all Brinks Home Security alarm systems. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews. We also ensure all reviews are published without moderation. However, every few months, they would increase the price without notice to the point where it was 2x as expensive as competitors. This is the absolute WORST company ever!!!!!
