Kathie Lee Gifford Key Largo house in Florida has been on the market since April 2018 for a whopping $10.5 million. The TV Host attempted to sell the beautiful home in the summer of 2017 but the sale went unfulfilled. Kahie told Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager that her longtime residence began to only remind her of Frank’s sudden death in August 2015 at the age of 84. During a previous on-screen appearance, she revealed that she was in a relationship with a mystery man, whom she gushed over their fun and healthy romance. She also said that people in her new area of residence are authentically and genuinely kind, fun, and joyful. There is also music everywhere as well as barbecues and welcoming neighbors.

The creative culture she's found in Tennessee has obviously inspired her. Since her move south, Gifford has written two books, a children's book titled The Gift I Can Give, and a book for adults about her religious journey. Additionally, she wrote, produced and co-starred with comedian Craig Ferguson in an upcoming romantic comedy called Then Came You, and she's also been featured in two Hallmark holiday movies. Not only that, but her Christian music pursuits are also beginning to take off .
Katie's dining room is furnished with a long wooden dining table and minimalist wooden dining chairs, while a huge open log fireplace with a cream stone surround and tiled insert offers a cosy feel. The house she now shares with her husband John Molner features seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, and Katie called upon her sister and architect, Clara Couric Batchelor, to help her design the interiors. She previously shared a photo of her kitchen, showing marble-effect brown worktops and wooden cupboards. Kathie has filmed several videos from inside her living room, which features a cream Chesterfield sofa topped with white and cream cushions while a large bunch of white flowers sits on a table behind her. In the background, the walls are lined with bookshelves and it leads into another open-plan space.
Although she moved to her new house, Kathie still owns her first Nashville home. Kathie previously expressed that she loved hosting her children and their spouses, her son-in-law Ben Wierda and daughter-in-law Erika Gifford, whenever they could come over. She also revealed that her move made her happier than she has been in many years. It seems there’s virtually no end to the creative projects Kathie Lee has taken up over the past few years. In addition to writing songs, she also wrote a children’s book entitled The Gift I Can Give and a book for adults about her religious journey. She wrote, produced and co-starred with comedian Craig Ferguson in a forthcoming romantic comedy called Then Came You .
